Idaho National Diabetes Prevention Program Network

Idaho National Diabetes Prevention Program Networking opportunity. The Diabetes Alliance of Idaho and myself (your Idaho DTTAC Master Trainer Select) are working hard to support all Idaho NDPP programs and we want to hear from you. 

We are hosting 4 free virtual gatherings over the next several months to support you and your programs. These gatherings will benefit NDPP Lifestyle Coaches, NDPP Program Coordinators, NDPP Data preparers, NDPP billing team and anyone else connected to your NDPP program.

The first virtual gathering is scheduled for Thursday, December 8 at 12:00pm-1:00pm PT/1:00pm-2:00pm  MT. 

We will discuss the updated NDPP Customer Service Center website and resources , Advanced Lifestyle Coach Training requirements, the new DPRP program A1C reporting, Public Health Emergency CDC recognition status update for DPP,  as well as an opportunity to share your successes, challenges and technical assistance needs. 

This is a great opportunity to come together as Idaho NDPP programs, support each other, learn from others and walk away both encouraged and equipped.
