The Diabetes Alliance of Idaho is committed to reducing the impact of diabetes in Idaho. What does that look like? Did you know that 10 counties in Idaho are struggling with high diabetes rates and high risk of developing diabetes? What is worse is many of these counties do not have enough, or any, resources to help prevent or effectively manage a diabetes diagnosis.

The DAI is building a scholarship fund to help increase access and availability of these resources. This scholarship fund will help increase the amount of available prevention and management resources by helping fund new programs in high-risk regions of the state. This scholarship fund will also help patients who are financially strained be able to access these resources without the concern of affordability.

By donating to the DAI Scholarship Fund, you are helping improve the health of fellow Idahoans.

$150 = provide participant curriculum and tools for a diabetes prevention program
